Add Favorite Tools

To add a tool button to the Home tab:

1.  On the Home tab, in the Favorite Tools group, click Add Tools.

2.  Use the Choose a category menu to select from the available tools. The category drop-down filters the available tools based on where they currently appear in the Nitro ribbon. 

3.  Select tools in the Choose a tool list, and click Add to pin them to the Favorite Tools Group.

4.  Arrange the order of tools in the column on the right. Select any tool, and use the up or down arrow buttons to rearrange them.

5.  Click OK.

To remove a tool button from the Home tab:

1.  On the Home tab, in the Favorite Tools group, click Add Tools.

2.  Select tools in Favorite Tools list, and click Remove to unpin them from the Favorite Tools Group.

To remove all the customized tool buttons from the Home tab:

1.  On the Home tab, in the Favorite Tools group, click Add Tools.

2.  Click Remove All.
