Sending a Form Field Request:

1.  Log into Nitro Sign Premium, and from the Document Portal, click Upload new document(s), at the top right left corner.

2.  Click Select File, choose your document(s), then click the right arrow to continue and begin uploading.

Note: You can upload multiple documents, a maximum of 15. Each document cannot exceed 30MB’s, and the package can’t exceed 150MB. More information on Uploading a document can be found here.

3.  You’re taken to the Create Package Overview.  Click Add form fields.

4.  Navigate to the page you want to add the Form Fields. Choose from a Text Field, Checkbox Field, or a Radio Button Group, on the left hand side. Drag and drop to move the object, and resize using the bottom-right corner.

5.  Click on the Form Field to assign a contact. You will need to create a new contact if this is the first time you’re sending them a request. After the Contact selected, assign the methods of signing you want available to the recipient.

Note: When you add a legal notice, the signers need to retype the exact content of their legal notice before they’re able to sign the document. By default, Nitro Sign will order Approvers, Form Fillers, and Signers in a Parallel structure, which means within the step, all recipients will receive the request at the same time. Sequential Signing occurs when you separate contacts into multiple steps. More information on arranging your signers can be found here. Repeat steps 4 & 5 to add more signature fields to the document(s). More information on adding form fields can be found here.

6.  Click the left arrow to go back to the Create Package Overview.  Scroll down and click Confirm to send the form filling request. Your recipient will receive an invitation to sign and you can track the package status in your Document Portal.
