Inviting Users

All designated Global Admins have the ability to invite, delete, and suspend users from your organization's Nitro Sign Team account. You can choose to invite individual users (one at a time), or invite hundreds of users at once by uploading a CSV file.

Invite additional users to join your Nitro Sign Team to enable unlimited eSigning for your organization.

To access the Admin Portal:

Go to https://admin.gonitro.com/ and log in with your email and password.

NOTE:  Only Global Administrators can invite users to join your Nitro Sign Team account.



To invite individual users to join your Nitro Sign Team:

1.  From the Admin portal, select Manage Users from the left-hand menu, then select Invite User.


2.  Enter the user’s first name, last name, and email address.

3.  Optional:  Assign any Admin Roles, as appropriate.

    • Document Admin:  Gives the user the Ability to add or delete documents in your organization’s Team Documents library.  Team Documents are shared files that all members of your Nitro SIgn Team account can view/access.
    • Global Admin:  Gives the user the ability to invite, delete, and suspend users from your organization’s Nitro Sign Team account.

4.  Assign a Nitro Sign license by checking the box under Nitro Licenses.  (This box will be checked by default.)  You do not need to assign a SSO Add-on license to each user in order to enable SSO.

5.  Click Invite User to trigger an email inviting the user to activate their Nitro Sign account.  The user will need to verify their name, email address, and create a password.

6.  The user will be listed under Invited Users until they accept the invitation to create their Nitro Sign account.

7.  Once the user activates their Nitro Sign account, they will appear under Active Users.


To invite multiple users to join your Nitro Sign Team:

1.  Select the Manage Users tab, then click Import Users.

2.  In the resulting dialog box, click the Download CSV Template link.  Open the CSV and add the names and email addresses of all users you’d like to add to the Nitro Sign Team account.  (Do not modify the headers in row 1 of the CSV file.)  When all users have been added to the CSV file, click Continue.

3.  Upload the completed CSV file and click Continue.

4.  Click the checkbox to assign a Nitro Sign license to all imported users and click Continue.  (This box will be checked by default.)  You do not need to assign a SSO Add-on license to each user in order to enable SSO.


5.  Each of the imported users will receive an email inviting them to activate their Nitro Sign account.

6.  The list of imported users with pending invitations can be viewed in the Invited Users tab.

 

7.  Users who have accepted their invitations and activated their account can be viewed in the Active Users tab.
