Whiteout

The Whiteout Tool in Nitro gives you the power to securely obscure content in PDF documents. However, use this powerful feature with care—just like using whiteout on paper, when a section of the document is covered with whiteout, the action cannot be undone after the document is saved.

The Whiteout tool enables you to securely remove selections of text, images, annotations, and other content from a PDF.

How to Use the Whiteout Tool:

    1. On the Erase tab, select Whiteout.
    2. Use your mouse to drag a selection around the area of the page that you wish to whiteout.
    3. Click Yes to confirm your selection, or No to cancel.

Note: The whiteout operation cannot be undone after the PDF file is saved
